Recommendation letter from the employer

Hi All,

I work in a multinational American bank in India and as per the company's policy, they do not provide a letter of recommendation instead they can provide Roles and Responsibility letter which includes all the responsibilities and roles in bullet points.

The letter does not include the following:-


• All positions/title- Latest position/title will be not be mentioned
• Previous year salary details
• Sub-department or other Hierarchy
• HRBP or Supervisor Name or contact number
• Provide contact details of authorized signatory
• Bonus details, Shift Allowance, Overtime etc
• Reason for Termination
• Bifurcation of roles & responsibility as per titles
• No changes in the template
• Salary details will not be mentioned- OLF reference letter option can be provided
• Achievements and characteristics will not be mentioned


Please advise.

Hi,

Why do you need ''letter of recommendation", i dont think that need .
Instead you need roles and responsibility details letter ( work experience ) to provide to IRCC plus ur service certificate ( to show start date and End date in the organization)..
