Recommend a good immigration lawyer

Hi there,

I am looking for an immigration lawyer that can help me with my father's immigration application.

I applied for my father's immigration in 2010. I moved to the US TEMPORARILY in 2014 due to my husband's work. I now got a letter stating that I am ineligible to sponsor since I reside outside of Canada. Is there something that can be done? Please advise.

I don't think that an immigration lawyer will be able to assist you. You broke the requirements for sponsorship by not continuing to reside in Canada. If you were outside Canada for more than a short vacation of up to a few weeks, it's reasonable for CIC to refuse you. Just how long have you been in the USA?
