Dear Sir
I immigrated with my family (my wife, 2 daughters, 4 suns) to Canada in 2007. We landed, received the PRC cards and social insurance card, spent a 10 days in Montreal, but then we had to come back to our country of origin. Unfortunately, in all these years we did not have the chance to come back to Canada (…). So we didn't meet the residency requirements. We are now seriously thinking about moving to Canada for good with all our business. I guess we now have to surrender our (former) PRC status and reapply if we want to try again and immigrate to Canada. Is that correct, or is there any way to use an "expired" PRC status to enter the country again? Stay for years without leaving the country, then is it possible to apply for a Canadian PR card. Thanks
(We have not been able to return to Canada for several reasons, including the global economic crisis and its impact on the country of origin, inability to collect our money due from the Government of Jordan on time and also from the Iraqi government until this date. My wife's mother, aged 87, was sick, as my wife and her only daughter is responsible for the care.)
1. In addition to my office for consultancy and engineering design, I am establishing a small factory for organic healthy drinks.
2. My wife has set up a workshop to produce household cleaning tools such as mineral fiber, cellulose cleaning pads, earth mop and more.
3. My eldest daughter Aseel graduated from Communication engineering in 2013 and married and lives with her husband and son in America.
4. My son Mohammed graduated with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering in 2015.
5. My son Abdelrahman graduated with the Bachelor of Engineering in Micatronics in 2017.
6. My son Saleh is studying at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in the last year to get his bachelor's degree.
7. My son Khalid secondary school.
8. My daughter Rahma is in ninth grade.
REGARDS
