Recieved interview call through Email

Hi, I received an email last night from High Commission of Canada Immigration Section
United Kingdom.In which they said that Please inform us within three (3) days of the date on this email about your intent to attend the interview via following email..
so here anybody can help me that how and what to write in email.. Thank you
