Recieved AIP after deferring

Hello all,

here are my details and timeline:

Background study: B.Sc Electrical Engineering. (2018) from AUM in Kuwait
Applied for: MASc Energy systems (Memorial University) Fall 2020
Age: 26
Applied for SP: 6/7/2020
SP from: Online from Kuwait
deferred from Fall 2020 to Winter 2021 (on the same program): 31/8/2020

Received letter of "advance to next stage": 8/9/2020
no police certificate applied
no medical certificate applied
I don't know the processing center
no update since

I have three questions:

- should I inform the IRCC about the deferring?
- Anyone received got final approval?
- Any thoughts on my possibility of getting final approval?

According to IRCC if your program deferal is within 150 days you dont need to inform them,
