Hi. My situation: I have been in Canada (QC) as a worker since 2013. I have a valid work permit. I submitted a PR application on September 2012 INSIDE OF CANADA. Now I am currently waiting outside of Canada, and during 2023 I will be traveling several times in and out of Canada for work related reasons. I don’t know where I will be when I receive a decision regarding my PR application.
My question: From the moment I receive the answer from Canada, if it is positive, and assuming I am out of the country, how long can I wait before “activating” my permanent residency and landing in Canada?
