Receiving an inheritance from another country within the PR process

Situation- Oversea

A family member died before the PR application. During the PR processing peroid, a inheritance, cash, was sent into a bank account oversea.
1. Does this inheritance needed to be updated to IRCC during the applciation process? Why?
2. Does this inheritance needed to be updated to CRA during the applciation process? Why?
3. Could the inheritance update the IRCC after becoming a PR? Why?
4. Could the inheritance update the CRA after becoming a PR? Why?
