Received travel restriction letter but did not received decision yet..

Hi,
I just want to ask someone here if they have faced this same situation, I have an application for SOWP in Abu Dhabi since November 23, 2019. Yesterday, I have received the Biometrics Validity Letter and today morning I have received an Authorization Letter to travel to Canada even though I still haven't received the final decision for my application. Anybody here received the same? Or is it just a mistake that they have sent me the letter?

Seems like an error. Have you ordered GCMS notes to see whst is going on with your SOWP? It is pretty long to have not received a response yet. It is possible that you have been appeoved but no passport stamping is available.

Yes I have ordered GCMS note and received it last Sept.09, my file has been processed mostly on last week of Nov 2019, no further notes by officer and no updates after that. On my eligibility, it mentioned Review Required.
