ya sure,i am oct2009,4131 applicant 2nd AOR apr 2010.IP since mar 2011 than one additiona line of decision made at 7thfeb 2012.received refusal letter on 20 feb 2012.today refund.

I'm lost you are 2009 applicant how comes you get refused and refunded.the proposed changes shouldn't affect you.

congrats on receiving refund. You can pay in Pakistani bank even if you have account in Pakistani rupees. One of my friend paid in his HBL account and it got cleared in 30 days. Good luck...

thanks, ;D mine in MCB so i will deposit,they r saying after intimation from canadian bank they will be abe to pay after 45 to 50 days :'(

why did they refund your processing fee while you have already got IP date on Mar 2011?
Once they processed yours, no refund is occurred-i have read some where.
