I got ontario pt letter of interest on 5 jan 2016 however i have applied to sinp also on 5th jan 2016shall i risk my $1500 will ontario consider me with 402 score and will they not reject as i have already applied to sinp because they do ask a letter of interesrt..will it not contradict asvi have already applied to sinp

yes it will contradict. but they cannot track unless sinp gives you 600 points so if you are not that much confident with sinp application and if you are more interested in oopnp then you should apply. but if sinp application was not dont recently then its a risk bcz if sinp will give you points in few days then it will contradict. so make sure you check all things.
