Received PR Card but Photo/PR Card application still in review after 2yrs

Received PR Card in July 2023 but Photo still in review, although new photo was provided in may 2023 after eCOPR and PR card received post same. However PR physical card application in PR portal still shows in review and photo in review. I am very confused as we were told 2 yrs back when we followed on same that it will update on it's own.

I need to travel outside canada and now i am very confused if i will be able to get back using my PR card.

If someone has gone through this situation kindly advise at the earliest.

You have the physical card?

No issue. Stop looking at the tracker for something that's done.

Your post made look at my PR portal. PR card received in October 2023. Portal says photo under review. Travelled to home country last December 2024 and came back without any problems.

Stop worrying.

Right. Ignore that. Doesn't mean anything. They just don't update.

The portal is not the thing. The PR card is the thing.
