Received PR but i did not accepted

i have applied for visa in the year 1999 and got the PR in the year 2006, i have taken a decision not to take PR coz of some personal reasons, but now i want to apply for PR, wanted to know will canada govt accept my PR, if anyone has the similar case and applied for PR later, please advise me,

If you did not complete the landing process and become a Permanent Resident, there are no reasons not to reapply from scratch. You will need to meet the current eligibility criteria of course.

If you just didn't complete the landing process and want to do it now, no you can't.
