Received PPR; email contents differ to MyCIC message.

Hi all,

I received PPR a few days ago, along with an email in my inbox, and a message in MyCIC account.

The message contents, different however. Specifically, the PPR email specifies that I should complete Annex A, and the MyCIC message that I should completely Appendix A; these are different information sheets.

Additionally, the PPR email advises to mail my package to an address is Ottawa, while the MyCIC message advises me to mail my package to an address in London.

Any thoughts?

I would say go with message in your account and send the package to London, assuming you live in the UK.

And just to be safe, include both requested forms.
