Received PPR 4 days back but not been asked to provide my biometrics yet.

I am from India. I received my PPR 4 days back. Application submitted on 03-Dec-2018. But I have not been asked to provide my biometrics yet. Will I have to provide my biometrics when I go to VFS global to submit my passport?

It is written below.
If you’re from a country in Asia, Asia Pacific or the Americas and we received your application before December 31, 2018, you don’t need to give your biometrics, even if your application is still being processed.

I had submitted my application on 03 December 2018. Maybe that's why. But I am not sure if that's the actual case with me.

yup that’s it. The rules in place on the day of your application apply to you.

What was the scenario in your case for biometrics?

Also, my wife and daughter are non accompanying. So I won't have to submit their passport to VFS global, only my passport required, correct??

I'm a Canadian citizen. I don't have a scenario for biometrics.

The passport request letter will explain whose passports should be submitted. I don't believe you need to submit theirs.

If you AOR was before 31st December 2018, you don't have to give biometrics.
