Received passports back

Hi All,

I have received my passport back with no COPR and not even a thing on the passport along with 2 paper copies about Photo specifications and some general.
Here are the links to the copies. First form does say that it is approved but seems very generic letter and doesnt have any specific information.

I have created a web form request and its been more than a week and no response from them. Is anyone in the same boat?
Can anyone help what does this mean? and what will be next steps?

The second letter you uploaded said that they were unable to process your COPR because you did not provide proper photos. Says so in the first sentence.

Second sentence says that you need to take photos properly and resubmit your passports.

I have no idea why the first letter was sent. I'm telling you that the second letter says you didn't get your COPR because your photos were incorrect.

Surely, if your question is "why didn't I get my COPR when I got my passport back" and one letter says "Here's why you didn't get your COPR," your focus cannot be on the one that doesn't mention why you didn't get your COPR.
