Received Passport Request: Should I send Old Cancelled Passport as well???

Friends, I am sure many of you would have been in this situation...I received my PPR today was just wondering if I should be sending my old cancelled passport as well along with my valid passport for PR visa stamping?

No, they are gonna issue your visa on your valid passport on file.
