Received nomination from Saskatchewan through Express Entry, but not reflecting in my CIC account

Received nomination from Saskatchewan(SINP) through Express Entry on 4-Apr-2019, but this not reflecting in my CIC profile/account.
Province/territory of nomination section shows "We have not received a nomination by a province or territory at this time. We will send you a message if you are nominated."

Any suggestion where could be the lag.

The 4th was a Thursday, so it could just be a case of the weekend getting in the way. Maybe someone has to enter something manually and had a long weekend.

Give it a couple more days.
