Hello everyone,

Today I received in the mail my school transcripts that I will be submitting with my CEC application.

I opened the envelope and there is another envelope. Is sealed with a sticker that has the school logo and it says official document enclosed.

My question is, do I submit it as is? Or I open it and send it with out the sticker and envelope?

Thanks in advance.

Do NOT open it! If it's not in English, ask the school for another copy and translate that one, but mail in the sealed copy :)

No, do not open it!!!! If you open it, it is no longer an "official document."

If you don't have a copy of your transcript and want to see what is on it, you can probably download an unofficial transcript from the school's website.

You guys should really read the document checklist. Transcripts no longer have to be sent in sealed envelopes. Note the checklist says copies.

Yea, thats why I asked. I will still send them sealed just to be safe.

On the check list its mentioned as copies, but I would just sent the original

Hmm I wonder... I dont want to upset them by not sending stuff the way the want it. I think that if I send the sealed envelope it might look like I was careless when submitting my documents an not paying attention to the checklist.

ask about my school transcripts,thanks

I was granted 3 degrees in the universitis, bachelor, master and doctor. How many school transcripts need to prepare? thanks.

As per the check list it says copies of the courses taken in Canada...

Check out the check list page 3

Yikes! Difficult to keep up with all the changes, but you're right, as usual :) Thanks for the correction.

I initially didn't notice it was in the CEC forum as I looked through new posts and FSW still very clearly wants originals. All these changes! :D
