Received my passport without any stamping on it

I have received my passport without any stamping on it and i have received my passport with a note " Important information regarding your application has been sent to the email address you provided on your application"

But i haven't received any email on it too.

What could be the reason for it

Unfortunately your application is refused..you will get email soon about the grounds of refusal
