I received a letter from immigration Canada LA Office.
It says 'take a medical exam ASAP, and provide personal written statement 'details of activities in Canada from this January to present.

I just wonder what written statement 'details of activities' is, and where to send, and how to send it.

Please share your experience guys....
 
When did you submit your application?
Just brief your history here so that some one can give a proper answer.
 
I do have same experience , I did my medicals in June , 2011 and on August 17 I received email from LA Office asking me to provide additional details like written statement about activity in in Canada since May 2011 and to provide Legal status in Canada .(My PGWP expired in May ) thats why they asked me the details .
So I had written them couple of letter and mailed them .Did not hear back from them yet .

Did you just mailed them by Canada post??
I am so confusing that it has some specific format??? or just write down my file number, name, and letter?
 
I just mailed them via UPS , i made a formal letter and enter all details like

Immigration Section,
550 S Hope Street,
9th Floor, Los Angeles CA 90071


Ref: - FILE: Bxxxxxxxxxx NAMES: lastname , first name and middle name

Sub: - With regards to your e-mail dated ( enter date here )

I am in receipt of your e-mail dated (enter date here ) regarding proof of my current activity in Canada since January 2011 .

And then all the activity in Canada you have been doing
