negatives are required for xray,they probably use it on xray ,but negatives are reqd for medicals

Today on 6th July 2009 i received medical and passport tequest letter dated 28th June 2009 by a registered post. CHC replied withinn 45 days after receiving my final application. Does it mean that my case is cleared?

I have received PPR And medical request. They havent mentioned anything about travel forms. Kindly explain what is travel forms.
Also tell whether negatives are required at the time of medicals.

In Travel forms you need to enter details of all countries you and your family visited in last 10 yrs. This is not important. You dont need to bother abt it.
No need for negatives. Photographs ( I guess 5 per person) will be ample.
