Unfortunately scammers are not in Canada so there is not much that can be done. In the future don't pay for LMIAs. This is a common scam.

LMIA are only issued if the job is something which cannot be done by a Canadian. As many people have lost their job due to the pandemic, proving that this something that no Canadian can do is getting more difficult and realistically saying no Canadian can be a carpet salesman is highly unlikely.

No - you won't get a work permit with this LMIA. The job offer is fake. If someone is telling you that a work permit has been approved, that is fake as well.

In India, where can I complaint about this ? Or I filed a case against the consultancy legally ? They signed a agreement it's with me, and one more doubt they said this is just a LMIA stamping on your passport on embassy that will be very important is it fully true ?

why would an embassy give you a work permit based on a fake LMIA?
If I forward my fake LMIA directly, they will help me ? Or when booking an appointment during that meeting only I can tell all about this ? Is they (embassy) respond without appointment ?
