Received ITA - Question on Use of Representative

Hi,

I had submitted my application in February this year, and I thought I may not require a representative. I selected No in that option. However, after I received ITA in November, I had lot of preoccupations, and Im using a consultant to submit the profile.

I just realized this could be a case of mis representation. Please advise..

You can make the change and explain it in a LOE, this won't be regarded as misrepresentation.

I'm curious at how good your consultant is if he cannot help you with such question.
