Dear All

I have received ITA in new express entry and medical request on same day. I am already done with medicals and have paid RPRF. Please help which immigration program should I opt. I have recently discovered that I have made a big mistake in IMM5669 form. I was refused a temporary resident visa to canada in 2012 which I was not aware of, as it was processed through my company. It came under my notice few days back that there were refusals at that time but passports were not stamped with refusals, a letter was issued stating UCI number and reason of refusal. Now my questions are -

Should I inform local VO for my mistake? Or I Have already passed background check stage?
Can I withdraw application from FSWP 2014 and continue with ITA?
I read somewhere there are serious consequences of mis-representation, seniors please guide?

Yes - it's serious and it's misrepresentation.

If CIC catches your error, you should expect your application to be refused. CIC may issue a 5 year misrepresentation ban as well.

You should correct this error as soon as you can.

Send a case specific enquiry to CIC mentioning politely that you made an error and attached are the proof of the rejection. Request them to consider your case in earnest. This may help in minimising the risk of being debarred from applying.
 
Is it advisable to send new background check form at this stage as for them mistake is also misrepresentation. But I didn't knew I was ever denied any visa .It is only one way communique, there is no option to amend, any information to CIC. I dont think they will take it politely.

Should I withdraw my application and start with express entry system.
