Received ITA for EE & BC PNP - which is faster for Work Permit?

I have been offered a job in BC, and applied for Express Entry (no LMIA) and BC PNP program.

I have received ITAs to both, and have all of my documents ready to submit my applications.

Which route will be faster? Happy to wait a little longer for Permanent Residency, mostly keen to acquire a work permit as early as possible so that I can start working asap.
