Hello Everyone,

I got my invitation for Express Entry in the last draw. My score is 469 . I do not have a permanent job. I came to Canada in 2012 as a student and lived in Vancouver , BC. I also worked in BC for over a year. I created my profile while still in BC, but now for the past 6 months I am in Quebec. I have a 2 year contract with 2 year LMIA. I understand that we have to prove our intent to reside outside of Quebec in order to go through express entry .

My bank accounts are all connected to a BC , my girlfriend resides there and I do intend to go back to BC.

Will me currently living in Qubec with a Job hinder my PR process in any way?
What is the best way to prove my intent ?

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for taking the time.

If you're living and working in Quebec once you application is being processed you will receive a request to provide a letter of intent that you will reside outside of the province of Quebec.

If you fail to submit proof and/or fail to give a convincing argument then your application will get rejected.
