received ita but can't be found in eMedical

I received my ITA and I have completed all required sections including my medical exam.
After extensive conversation (I am in Japan and yes this was a panel physician) they said they were unable to find me in their system... :eek:.
The nurse says usually they use my passport number to locate my file, but there was no file. I gave her my express entry number but she said that can't be used. No idea what this means!! So I left the office without proof that I did the medical.

My question, what the should I do? 60 days running out...... ???

Easier said than done...as mentioned...Japan..my closest physician was 4 hours away by a bullet train(the really fast train). I will send an email asking if they had created the UMI...and go from there

true..in retrospect, I would do it all over again if i had to...but I don't have to. I was "found"..... :D
