Received health surveillance letter with visa stamping.

Hello everyone.
I received visa before 18th march and I'm going to travel in next month but with health surveillance letter stating i may have inactive tb so i have to contact health authorities as soon as i reach there.
So if any student have faced the sane situation can anyone tell me what it is why i have to inform them and what procedure it will be after contacting them please do answer.
