Received GCMS, IRCC possibly made an error, should I contact them about itv

Here is what I see on my file currently (security and eligibility not started, criminality in-progress)
Recommendation: Review Required after Promotion, India showed in Address history from 2015/08/07 to 2017/07/06, PC provided
Documents set for review: Client Info contains India PC

My scenario:
The portal did not ask for Police Clearance certificate since I did not stay in India consecutively for 6 months or more. But I did proactively provide them with one in my letter of explanation.

The Issue:
The dates the agent mentions- 2015/08/07 to 2017/07/06 is a little weird. I came to Canada in 2015/08/29 and stayed here ever since, and that’s how my address history is also reported. So, is this some kind of random date or did they make a mistake on their end?

It looks like the program assistant's note after R10. It's usual that they set it for review and after that the real eligibility review starts by a Case Processing agent.
