Received EE ITA while OINP is in DIP?

Hello everyone,
I received my OINP ITA Oct 2024 and since January 2025 my OINP application has been in DIP. A couple of days ago I received an ITA for the Healthcare draw and I would like to pursue EE. Should I be withdrawing my OINP application? Has anyone else been in this situation?

You already paid for OINP. I would leave it there (don't withdraw) and apply for EE as the processing times are faster. Is the OINP application an EE stream or a non-EE stream? If it's a non-EE stream, processing times for PR are 3 or 4 times longer than regular EE.
