Did you call them and ask after the 6 week that passed from your eCoPR? Did you change address? You might need to apply for a PR card application separately since you already crossed the 180 days.

Didn't you ask why it's late almost by a year! You received your eCoPR in March, 2024 and we're in January, 2025 now! Did they tell you why there is this huge delay? It doesn't make sense!

Call them again and ask for more info. Also, time to get your MP involved.
