Hi,

Could you please let me know, if I can travel to confirm my PR in Canada if I am 12 weeks pregnant.
I have informed IRCC about the same and received a mail stating that we have re-opened your application.
So If now I plan to travel to Canada will they allow me to land n pass through immigration.

Don't understand your situation or what exactly your question is.

If you have the documents (visa/eta and copr) and you need to land first time, yes, if you can travel, you can land and become a PR. They don't care whether you're pregnant for this.

If you're asking medically: I dunno.

If you don't have the docs, and your'e waiting to get them: well if you get them, and you can travel, then you can land.

This is confusing. Why would IRCC re-open your application?

If you received COPR, then just travel and land. Being pregnant has nothing to do with your application until the child is born. You DO NOT have to inform IRCC when you get pregnant until there is an addition dependent born... then that's a change of family memeber that you need to update IRCC.

Now, it's "re-open" for whatever reason, and I have no idea if that will impact your current COPR.
