Received call for medical,but passport not dispatched!

Hi!
I applied for the study permit in the generic category on 12th Dec.
Got a call frm the high commission on 19th.They requested me fr medical exam.
Bt passport hasn't been dispatched yet!
Still under processing.
Colg commences on 7th Jan.

Anyone in such a situation? Pls comment.
