I dont know if i agree with this because this file scan is taken from CIC Canada and has no link with your visa officer and secondly its a legal way of finding out without bothering the concerned high commissions..thats what i think

The more times u order CAIPS more the level of suspicion is raised by the Vo SINCE he knows that how many times we have ordered for CAIPS.
