Good Day,

I came to know that applications of FEDERAL SKILLED WORKERS filed by Pakistani national or resident will be processed in London, UK office from 01, April 2010. Kindly guide me about some point below.

1- In the form IMM 0008 (04-2010) E, Column Visa Office requested for the process of your application, what I have to write in this column if I am intended to process my application in Pakistan Visa Office, please guide me.

2- Your website reads as “As of April 1, 2010, Economic applications from citizens or residents of Pakistan will be processed in London, United Kingdom. If you live in Pakistan and are applying under this category, send your application to London and not to Islamabad.” Clarify me this point that where will be my interview held, in Pakistan or London, UK, if my Visa Office is Pakistan.

3- Are Pakistani national or resident bound to send their applications only in Pakistan Visa Office or we have an option to select other Visa Office like Colombo, Dhaka or Iran etc. Kindly inform me about other Visa Offices If I have a choice to select other than Pakistan Visa Office.

Recieved email from chc for interview on March 1, 2010
Interview done in ABU DHABHI March 7,2010
Sent RPRF fee March 15,2010
Sent them email regarding my status on march 24, 2010 they replied that they r awaiting for my background check results.
sent an other email on April 12 and recieved same answer
sent 3rd email on may 1, 2010 and recieved same answer
sent 4th email on may 22, 2010 and they did not reply
Now my consultant told me that they got my PPR in their canada office and it will reach in Dubai on tusday but it was actulaly issued in some date of may 2010.

u r truly a helpful friend. i have seen very few people sharing the timeline so quickly yet so elaborately so that we can benefit. many many thanks from my heart for this valuable info.

please keep sharing with us so that we can learn from ur experience & leave advice for the future applicants so that the whole process can speed up & we all suffer less.

by looking at ur timeline, it seems that they have taken long time to finally send u a PPR.

-but, if we look at the date that they received additional docs (which was on 24 Aug, 2009), i think is the date they actually started processing ur application.

-and they sent u medical request on 21 feb, 2010---which is a typilcal LDN timeline of 6 months after processing of most applications. so, no delay (i know it's a bit ridiculous but that's what it is with LDN ) from processing of the application to mrdical request.

-now, the received RPRF on 15 Mar, 2010. let's say from 15 Mar, 2010 they will start processing medical & background/ security check as on 15 Mar, 2010 they received the RPRF.

-today, on 4 June, 2010, u/ ur consultant have received the PPR. so, from 15 Mar, 2010 to 4 June, 2010= within almost 2.5 months u have received the PPR. not bad again...

-even, the initial stages of sending full docs, receiving AOR, 1st processing of docs by LDN was quite fast.

-it's the request & requirements of additional docs & later the conduction of interview that held ur whole time backwards. if we don't consider (i mean to say if additonal docs & interview were not necessary in ur case) these two factors, then u would have been issued with the visa by now or may be even before december, 2009.

i don't know why i am saying these but i am just trying to show that there is still hope for us & for my friends here who r still waiting

so, let's not loose our hope & keep faith in Almighty & stay connected with each other here & we will all be home (Canada) & dry....................................

Some of my enquiries were not replied by CHC

sometimes they reply and sometimes they dont

But there is no negative effect if u send them email regarding ur case

so if u want to send them, dont hesitate

Experts - - - please help

need your advise whether I should proceed with the applocation.

I got an approval from NS on 4th march

Education - Post Graduate in business Management ( PGDBM )
Age 28
Work ex - 5 + years
IELTS - L - 7.5 R - 6 W - 6.5 -S - 7
Spouse education is less than 10 years

I have attempted IELTS 4 times and got 6.5 band in reading twice but last attempt I got suffiiceint in rest of the module except reading....

Shall I go with the all the TRF explaining the situation...I am running out of time...

However they gave me the new file number and also changed my Ecas address. But the letter they have dispatched has not reached me till date and i hope its the medical request but they did not state in the e-mail.
