Hi,all. I received biometric letter but not know what to bring with. The mail that Canada application center sent me is like this:
Please ensure the following documents are taken with you when you approach the Canada Visa Application Center for biometric enrolment:
• Your valid original passport and a copy of the bio-info page
• A copy of the Biometric Instruction Letter
• A copy of the Appointment Letter
• 1 original copy of Consent Form with your signature
• 1 original copy of Personal Information Protection Law Consent Form with your signature (If you are under 18 years old, your parent or guardian needs to give consent/sign on your behalf. Please also provide a proof of the family relation or a proof of guardianship when you visit the VAC.)
I am confused because i don't know what is the Consent form(is that IMM5713E?). And I don't know what is the Personal Information Protection Law Consent Form. Please remind me where the form is?Thanks!
