Received an email to send my passport

Hi,
I have applied for Canada PR through express entry and i received an email to send my passport today. Should i send my spouse passport as well ? If so can i send it in the same envelope ?

If the spouse was included in the application as a dependent, you should send both your passports. You can use the same envelope.

As you know I filled out the permanent residency program of Canada so reply me what should I do Now I was applied to immigration visa process for work two years permit.
