received an email saying we need your medical information

i had my medical done before applying for visa and i submitted the form with the application. 2 weeks ago i received an email saying reviewing ur medical. now i got email saying medical information in needed with a form IMM 1017 E. can some one guide me? :(
 
Hi Doctor22, my wife got same reply from CIC new Delhi and we emailed them about upfront medical but didn't here anything back from them. Its almost 3 weeks.
What did you did? Did you heard anything back from them?

I would contact CIC asap to sort it out!
 
Hi Jhonny31,
My wife emailed CHC 3 times but she did not received any response back.
I don't what should I do? Its kind of so frustating when status shows file received for visitor visa and is under processing.
Anything you can suggest ? Appreciate your turnaround
