I received Express Entry ITA on last draw, and AINP the next day

But I am going thru EE way. if anything goes wrong in EE and it get rejected can I still use AINP to apply?
AINP was received in Employer driven stream. and I just gave 2 week notice.
if I call ainp and tell them that I received ITA, will they cancel my ainp???
