Received a request a letter, March applicant (no AIP yet)

I had applied in March for May intake but had to defer for September 2020. I updated my September LOA back in May. But last week I got a message requesting me for my fall LOA which I submitted by going in the "view submitted applications or documents" on GCKEY. I did not get any acknowledgement yet that they received my LOA. I am a little confused if I should've submitted it through webform as some suggest, but in the request letter it was mentioned to submit through Gckey.
Anyone have any insights about how long it usually takes them to process after submitting the requested documents.
