Received a refusal- with inappropriate reason

I received visitor visa refusal with the reason that - “” In the past, you did not comply with all immigration conditions imposed in another
country.””
I have never been to any other country. I am not sure why I received this as my refusal reason. What should i do next ?

You can certainly raise a web form. However it's a better idea to get your GCMS notes first to see what IRCC has found. We have seen a number of cases here where people insist they had no previous refusal or overstay but then later find out they did, for example something may have happened when they were a child and accompanying their parents.

It seems your name/DoB etc matches someone else, you can raise web form and hopefully they can do something about it.
