Received a NOI from OINP but IELTS expired on same day

Hi Legalfalcon,
I got OINP NOI on Dec 15th of 2020 with spouse non accompaning and my IELTS test date was on Dec 15th of 2018. Hence I could not submit EOI for Ontario as IELTS is valid till 2 years from the test given date in the application for Ontarin 29th December EE profile got expired due to IELTS,that made my profile got out of pool and I had given IELTS again and scored required score I.e 463 without spouse.

Now my question was
1. Can I create new EE profile with new IELTS score and apply to OINP stating with old OINP NOI?
2. If I add my spouse my score is coming to 460 i.e NOI given range is 460-468.Can I add spouse in the EOI of Ontario or add it in EE after getting 600 points from Ontario PNP?

@legalfalcon Could you please suggest on how to proceed further without any issues.

1. No. You will have to contact OINP and inform them of the issue. Only if they let you, you can as the NOI is linked to the profile.

2. In your new profile you can.

I have created new OINP profile with spouse non accompyning and got the nomination. Can I add the spouse now in EE profile before accepting the OINP nomination?? Or is there any issue?
