Receive e-mail from VFS, very stress out. Is it approve or denied ???

Recently I noticed my status is changed on VFS website and I receive a email too saying "
Visa application, tracking ID No.2014070******– Your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office NEW DELHI, on 08/08/2014 to the Canada Visa Application Centre. To know more, please call VAC helpline number or visit VAC website. I am so stress out and worried. What does it mean ??? Is it meant visa denied or approved ??? Please help me out argent !!! I haven't done medical !

It could be either. You would have to wait this out. There are equal cases of denial and acceptance when mails of such are received.
