Receipt for Payment of Fees

I just paid all the fees in full online via Visa credit card.

The printable receipt has a Receipt Number and a bar code
But
the boxes for Name, Client DOB, Client #
Address, Post Code, Telephone
Are all BLANK

Is this normal?
Has something gone wrong with my payment process?
