I contacted Toyota to get a recall clearance letter, they sent me a pdf version of it. Doesnt look like a letter, rather a sheet with recalls and also has my vin, there is no such letter in it as what the Canadian agencies are looking for, based on what is given in the site.
Can someone pls help me with this as to what to have in regard to a recall clearance letter? Also, is there a format as such for the letter that the agency expects?
