reassessment? or remedical? Is there a difference?

I don't even know anymore guys. We received reassessment medical sometime in May (I did upfront medical in Dec previous year) sent the results in June. Now i got another request with the deadline (30 days) on saying that my medical has expired and i will need to complete everything blood, urine, and chest x ray. The form is different. Any thoughts?.
