Reasons why work permit can be voided?

I was fired by my employer today for no legal reasons and i am planning to report it to Service Canada my concern is if they found out will they cut my work permit?

If you have an open work permit you can find another employer. However, if it is a closed permit you will have to go through the LMO and work permit process before you are legally allowed to work. Good luck.
