Hey, just wondering what could make your application to be rejected (outside of obvious stuff such as fraud)??

There's quite a bit at both the PNP and Federal stage. Background check, wrong NOC code, medical inadmissibility, lost job (if employer supported), move provinces, insufficient proof of work experience, etc.

Hi @scylla, thank you! I just applied for the OINP HCP and could use most of my LMIA documents since they were done recently. I wonder if there's any risk of being rejected.
