i studied in uk a diploma and came back on time after completing my course ::
now i plan to apply for canada . but accidently i got admision in private institution though i,ve seen some students getting visa thro that college : i,ve paid fee now ::: after paying i came to know that private institution reduces chances for visa: and increases processing time 5 times as for uni,s ? now what to do ? should i take risk nd apply ? and i came back from uk is it a good proof that i,ll leave canada after completing my diploma from there ?

Applying for a Private college doesn't mean you won't get the visa. Yes, priority is given to Public colleges/Uni. Now while applying in a private college (as you didn't mention the name), do check on CIC site if that college is eligible for PGWP. You might end up completing a program which won't fetch you PGWP at all.

About your profile, you didn't mention the dates. But your IELTS is an issue. For candidates applying for a PG or Masters course, IELTS is expected to be 6.5 with no band less than 6 (but this is for students with no prior foreign studies). In your case, I am quite optimistic that the expectation will be at least 7 bands. Have seen similar cases with leading to rejection.

Now, applying under SPP could also be an issue for you (if you are eligible under SPP) as the college you are applying in isn't a SPP college. So you might want to consider above mentioned points.

and bro i,m not applying for post graduate , not going for bachelors either

going for a diploma and my level is low than bachelors ...so still expectation is 7 bands ..?

and my college is not on public college list but it is approved as private institution and is on private institutions list on web

and one thing after completing my diploma ( 1 and half years ) ..i have direct entry in canadore college ( famous public college ) , and will recieve credit transfer towards completion of two years graduation diploma ...???

If u have done diploma from UK,, why are u going for diploma again,, go for bachelors from uni,, none of ur colleges are in list of participating institutions,, u will not get PGWP,,

2 u will not leave Canada after authorised stay
3 your proposed studies r not reasonable in light of one or more of, ur qualification, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, language abilities and ur future plans
