Reason for no PT

Hello Everyone,

I see that there are many applicants who have not received PT and desperately needs it. In-spite of all the discussion about the selection criteria for the profiles picked, the reason for not getting a PT is still unknown. So, In order to get clarity on the reason behind no PT. I am trying to find out connection between 3 factors:

1) NOC Code
2) Date of submission of new profile/ Date PT was received
3) CRS score

So, It would be great if all who have received PT and who haven't received PT could share their details here.
Thanks in advance for sharing the details, It would be big help for those who haven't received PT.

It seems they stopped issuing PTs this past week. But they also said (via response to people's inquiries) that they are continuing issuing PTs. So hopefully the process resumes next week.

The only reason for not getting PT - is bad luck, it's randomised.

They've probably stopped issuing already. Or it's randomized and we're just reaaally unlucky.

Nothing we can do anyway. Let's just keep calm, hope for the best, and expect the worst.

If any one of you got one, do not forget to update your brothers in arms in not getting a PT hehe.

Apparently, PTs are still being issued. I've seen some members get one as late as yesterday.

Here are my details:

1. NOC 2171
2. Resubmitted profile June 14. Used new GCkey. Still no PT until now.
3. CRS = 441
4. Educ/work/ties in Canada: Ties only, aunt/uncle

My hunch is that if the date of resubmission is more than a week ago, that profile does not have a chance to get a PT anymore. And that it's randomized. It sucks that I'm generally an unlucky person

I really feel your pain. That's true they are still issuing PT coz I got mine today. Don't loose hope I am sure you ll get one soon. Or if you think that they are not picking profiles after a week why don't you try to submit a new profile. I am not sure that will be helpful but you can try. Ask other forum members about this as well. I wish all the gud luck to you and hope you will also get PT soon.

It's too early to tell for you as it hasn't been a week yet since you resubmitted. For me, it's been 1.5 weeks now.

Please update us when you've got your PT. BTW what did you check on Province/s of interest? Thank you.

The guide says to check either only. But some people still got a PT even if both are checked.

Finally I got a PT! Glory be to God!! For those still waiting, don't give up!!

Resubmitted 4-5 times since June. Last was Sept. 3, got ON PT letter Sept. 11
NOC: 2171
Ticked all provinces
Have aunts/uncles in ON
Never been to Canada
FSW category
CRS: 441
